Ebay do not need me...

I will try to be clear as possible!

I was "below Standart" in the global program, but this was a mistake that i have done in 4 sales, Im European seller and Honest! So when an American Buys an item from my list i allways ask "Are you aware about region lock" (games have regions PAL european NSTC american), note that this as described in all the sold items, my mistake has refunding the buyer but choosing the wrong reason, distraction! I have a work and family!! And this is in the interest of the BUYER

but ok relax let me contact online help....thought this isn't so serious....it's normal....so the online help in 5 or 10 minutes have put all in order, i thought again... ebay have a nice and quick assistance...

3 days passed....and ebay closes ALL my sales!? I can sell anymore?! Based in what!? Is Like CLOSED.next....

Is this normal?! I'm not a professional seller, i have work, i have wife, i have son, i have life.....but i fought to have this nice account, to be treated like this, is really this normal on Ebay?!  Why can't i defend myself?! Or appeal?!  

Dissapointed.......
