EBAY HELP SCAMMER

Buyer opened INR case before 10am the morning after estimated delivery date.

She also opened it with her funding source.

She made no effort to contact me.

I read the case details and checked when item posted (pokemon card), so 10 minutes after reading case I went to reply, but eBay policy is to close case if the buyer has involved her bank, so unable to respond.

I have looked into this INR case again as obviosly something didn't smell right.

I sent card to her registered eBay account address, but she 'recently' moved and hadn't had time to update her account info, this by a person who filed dispute with both her bank and eBay just a few hours after estimated delivery?

I asked her doesn't mail get forwarded to her new address... 'errr no.'

I asked her can't she go to old address (in Hull where she apparently still lives) and collect mail... 'errr no not really, I'm not even sure if anyone has moved in yet'

So false info on her eBay account and obviously a scammer, but spent nearly 3 hours trying to resolve this with useless Philippine customer supprt, past around 8 agents in that time and they wanted to pass me onto a 9th....... pathetic.

I have been on eBay 18 years, always had 100% positive feedback, and when enough items sold always 5 star ratings for everything, yet I'm being treated like sh....  dirt.

So no more selling on this site with such lousy support that encourages scammers.. it's a joke.

Today I got notified that eBay will be taking £17.50 from my account to refund scammer and also charge me a further £14 for the case she opened

I will be removing 71 listings, so eBay can shove the £14 where the sun does not shine, no more fees from me.

if you have put tracking proving delivery to the address you were given on the payment notification  into the case you will win.
