E-mails sent in domain members.ebay.co.uk are rejected without any proper error message.

Hi there!

I've got question related to sending e-mails to my customers, who have an e-mail address in members.ebay.co.uk domain.

Each time i tried contacting them using proper format like name_id@domain i got response from ebay that my email couldn't be delivered. There was no error code, nothing like postfix/smtp error codes or sth like this, just message that it couldn't be delivered:

//

Dear XXX,

We're sorry that we weren't able to deliver your message to=20
xxx_xxxxx@members.ebay.co.uk. To try resending this message, go to=
=20
your Inbox and click reply. Make sure that you don't remove the email=20
reference number in the message, as this may cause your message to not be=
delivered.

//

Is there a way to get some kind of help from ebay(preferably error code or log or even an explanation what is the reason of rejecting my emails) or anything else that could help me with my issue?

Best regards,

D.

I may have miisunderstood but your ebay buyers won't have ebay email addresses and I'm not sure why you think they would have.
