Hi dear
Something very weird has happened to my last eBay order. When paying for my item I used email address different to the one registered in eBay. Everything went well, untill I received the item doubled, ofcours have been charged double as well. It came like two separate orders been placed and I received separate order confirmations to two different email addresses.
Now to return one of them and get refund I need to pay around £50 for postage (heavy item)
Please advise me 🙏
(It was paid from my business account so will make me a lot of trouble)
I need healp to sort it out
