Donation account has no information

My donation account is empty. There is no history available for me at all. There was information there a few weeks/months ago. I have been able to sell some items (low-value usually) over the last several months to selected charities. That history (how much and which charity, for example) was there once when I checked. Now over the last several weeks it all has disappeared and a note states that I have no charity sales for 2016 which is wrong as I had at least one in June 2016.

I thought that the charity/donations part of ebay was handled by a third party for transparency sake and it gave the money to the named charity after a certain waiting period (like 2 weeks for example). What has happened to the history (once there but now gone) and has the money been donated to the charity on my behalf from charity sales I set up.

Is there anyone from ebay that can clarify this?
