Hi - eBay have closed a dispute not raised by the customer, demanding payment. But the buyer received the item and it's not in dispute! How do I resolve this? Thanks in advance.
You need to explain better. Ebay does not open disputes unless requested, so a full explanation is required to see exactly what happened.
