Hello,
I have dispatched & input a tracking number on an item I sold yesterday. All day today it showed that the item was marked as dispatched. Now I have just checked & it shows that I have to send the item now & when I go on the item it's not mark as dispatched anymore.
What happened? What can I do? Would it show that it was dispatched from now if I mark as dispatch again? when in fact it was done yesterday?
I'm totally confused.
