At the beginning of the month I bought the AU-111 amplifier (eBay item number: 383623390460) from audio_shop_japan.
I paid £ 2,778.52 for the item (including shipping).
The seller couldn't ship the purchased item, so I asked to cancel the transaction.
Ebay informed me that the costs incurred will be fully refunded. Unfortunately the return was £ 185.34 less. I don't understand why I should be a loss. How can I fight for my money?
