Buyer has waited 2 weeks to tell me he didn't receive item. It was posted normal first class and I have proof of posting. ( not recorded unfortunately ) I posted to the address given on his account, though when I've searched the address finder in Royal Mail, it doesn't exist!! He's now demanding a refund. Any advice would be very helpful. Thank you.
