Design right

Hello evreone 

How this is come: we was selling the item since 2017 and today  07.2021 a company report the infringement of the right design. I was checking on https://www.registered-design.service.gov.uk/ and the guy register this design in 2019. What is the solution and what can be done? I have reported already to registered-design.service.gov.uk

I think you need better advice than on here.

Are you or they registered with the Vero programme at the bottom of the page?.

Ebay will remove that are reported by brand owners.

Contact Citizens advice for their help or a solicitor as if they 

are using your registered design then you would need to take private action
