Delivery Issue

A buyer is claiming that they haven’t received their goods, however it was sent by Royal Mail Recorded Delivery. I have evidence that the parcel was signed for although the buyer claims it is not their signature and they are now requesting a refund?

Tell them to open a not received case and you then enter the tracking number and sit back.

 

Once the buyer escalates the case eBay should find in your favour.
