I ordered and fitted a Landrover window mechanism, it failed after a month approximately six operations,
I contacted the seller, all they keep asking for is a letter (company headed) to say a qualified mechanic fitted it, well I am a retired engineer and fitting a window mechanism for me is no problem, the instructions were quite clear and followed precisely, and they was no mention of a qualified mechanic being required for this operation.
