Debt Recovery Issue

Hi guys,

I've recently paid back seller fees I owed eBay. However, I still get emails from a Debt Recovery Service asking me to pay more fees for the delay in repaying my seller fees.

Ardent Credit Service is the company currently contacting me. I want to know if this company has actually been authorised by eBay to recover debts. I'm afraid of falling into the hands of fraudsters.

Ring Ardent, give them your reference number and tell them that you've paid eBay directly and you suggest they refer back to their client and stop sending you reminders or invoices for a debt you've already paid.

They'll check with eBay, and if eBay confirm what you've said, they'll leave you alone.

Ringing eBay won't help, the debt collection company need to check with eBay, eBay don't notify them.

Try calling eBay Customer Support from the Help & Contact tab above.  Ask them  to verify that they are using this Company's services.
