I bought a antique, delicate enameled & gold antique. when arrived some enamel chipped off brooch.
Seller has now agreed for me to send back, to see damage & possible refund. He says it was packed well , not.
Wth buying & return it has cost me £13.00 postage, should it be refunded if any please.
