Damaged Item

Just wanted some advise please, what should happen if my order has arrived damaged, i ordered 4 glass items of which 3 are broken and weren't very well packaged, they were wrapped individually with a sheet of kitchen roll and a thin piece of bubble wrap but then put in a box all together letting them all roll around together. 
I have contacted the seller to advise and been told i would have to sort this out with the courier as she stated it was Fragile on the box, i have had items arrived damaged before and have either received a replacement or a refund with no argument whatsoever

You have 30 days to use the Ebay Money Back Guarantee and open a Case for Item Not As Described/Damaged in the Resolution Centre. The Seller has just 3 Business Days to Accept the Return and normally generate a Returns Label. You would need to Contact Ebay and point out that you cannot Return Smashed Glass. You can then Escalate the Case after 4 days for EBay to Step in. They will Force the Refund.
