An item was delivered by Royal Mail to an Argos Click and Collect store. The item appears to have then been crushed and is a right off.
Does anyone have experience who to claim for this? Or is it my fault for not opting out the click and collect at Argos?
I am the seller, so am keen to find out where I stand as the item looks like it was damaged by Argos. The buyer has already confirmed other collections at that Argos store have been damaged.
So who's fault is this and where do I claim?
Or as the seller it's my fault for sending it to Argos for click and collect?
