I sold an EPNS Milk Jug & Sugar Bowl. In the listing i stated that the listing was for the two items but I would include the teapot although it was damaged & had a bad repair to spout. The buyer now wants to return stating item is broken (naming the teapot as damaged item!) They clearly didn'y read the listing. If I don't accept the return ( I'm a bussiness seller) will ebay step in & rule in buyers favour? Obviously this will affect my performance levels 😞
