There were a couple of reasons for this:
- We evaluate our products on a regular basis to understand the value that it provides to our customers.
- DSRs are no longer counted as a defect in Seller Standards anymore and we have seen a significant drop in the usage of these DSR reports.
- Sellers who want to see their DSRs can now go to Feedback Profile page and look at the overall DSRs at an account level.
