Customizing Colours & Logos in my shop!

Hi everyone! I'm really hoping someone can help me....!

I've just opened an eBay store - but I am confused about customising the colours and logo in the shop....

So I added a logo and that worked, it showed in my shop and all was fine. I then wanted to add a listing frame - but my logo would not show up on this, there was just a big empty space, which didn't look great. After some googling, I found people suggesting to 'revert to old shop', add the logo and then revert back to new shop. I tried that, but in the 'add logo' bit, no matter what I did and what picture I used, it would just not upload (I tried on IE, Chrome and Firefox, I also tried through Safari on my iPad) - it shows that I have seleced a picture, but I hit the upload button and nothing happens. I then thought I'd try with one of the eBay 'generic' logos - I selected one with stars and that uploaded and I also changed the theme / colours etc. I looked at my listing frame and it looked OK... but the logo on my shop changed to some generic blue squares... I then changed it back to 'new' shop type and my (proper) logo came back on my shop but the colours disappeared on my listing frame and it looks terrible (the generic eBay logo with stars stayed there though). So, in summary, at the moment, these are my options:

1) Stay in old shop type and have the eBay star logo (which is not my first choice) with the colours I would like on my listing frame, but my shop will not display a logo at all.

2) Have the new shop type and have my first choice of logo showing in my shop, but the listing frame shows the eBay generic star logo and there is no colour in there at all.

No matter which of the 2 options above I choose, my shop page will not change colour / theme.

All I would like is both my shop and listing frame to have the same logo (MY logo, not a generic eBay logo!) and also have the same colour scheme (not blue, which seems to be the generic colour that eBay uses within the shop). I am going round and round in circles and it's driving me mad!

Thank you in advance for any help 🙂
