Used to be able to phone up and easily speak to a representative but now there doesn't seem to be any option. I purchased something that turned out to be a really cheap fake. The seller has since removed the item as well as ALL their other listings days after I attempted to contact them. How can I contact ebay or report a fake product to get a refund pls?
