Customer's buying rights

If you have brought something back in september only used it twice go to use it again and find it doesn't  work anymore is there anything I can do about it. What are my rights as a buyer.

You are too late to do anything through ebay, had 30 days from delivery.

If it was UK business seller, then you still have consumer rights, contact Citizens Advice
