Credit Balance in Seller Account

I have received an email from ebay telling me that my Credit Balance in my Seller Account will no longer show on my account if not used - does this mean 'Use it or Lose it - Why would ebay remove the Credit Balance if it wasn't intending to create a Lose it Policy?  Ebay says I must apply for a Refund by the end of this month before the account is Zero.

Looks like you'll lose it so either sell something to use it up or ask ebay to refund it.  Click on "Contact us" at the bottom of this:
