Counterfeit and Fakes

How can I get Ebay to take action and remove fake items . I report them buut nothing gets actioned.  Currently my attention is caught by Nomos Watches. If you search for newest listed for the term Nomos in wristwatches. Out of the last 11 items listed 8 are blatant fakes from China, ranging in price from £9.99 to £16.99 .When one is trying to sell genuine product to see Ebay not taking action to remove fakes is totally disheartening, and negatively affects the reputation of the manufacturer of the genuine product. Or is Ebay only interested in collecting selling fees from these fakers?

Unfortunately it takes a lot of Reports for EBay to Remove any Listings. You can try Reporting them directly through Live Chat. Find it by typing "Advanced Search" into Help and Contact at the top of the Page. Lines open at 9.00 am tomorrow.

EBay has an arrangement with registered brand owners to immediately remove items that they report as counterfeit.

It's uncertain how much notice eBay takes when ordinary members report items they believe to be counterfeits.

Reports by ordinary members are not always reliable, and may even be malicious. There are plenty of members who would settle scores by wrecking auctions if they could, or try to get competitors' items removed.
