The seller has declined a return request for a counterfeit item sold to me. There's no way to escalate this issue to eBay afterwards. Is there a way to do it or eBay facilitates this illegal trade?
How do Ebay know they are counterfeit? They haven't seen them. Did you open an EBay Returns Case in the Resolution Centre for Item Not As Described?
