Hi, I can't contact eBay or get a call back as it says I'm in United states and won't recognise my UK number

Probably because your Selling account is unused for more than a year and has been blocked for security reasons or/and may need updating and resetting including > Selling account  Managed Payments  setup before listing ... Recheck using a PC/Laptop > eBay Customer Support

Try signing out and then sign back in making sure you sign into ebay.co.uk

Try clearing cookies and cache by clicking on CTrl Shift and Delete.

Restart your computer after doing that

May not work but worth a try
