Confirm delivery of an item

eBay are holding my funds until the buyer can confirm delivery of the item. The item shows as delivered on the tracking information and I have contacted the buyer to confirm receipt, but they are saying that the option does not appear for them to click on. How do I get my funds realesed ??

You need to add the tracking to the sale yourself, the buyer cannot do that.

eBay funds will be available three days after the latest estimated delivery date.

Where no tracking is uploaded, eBay will check for feedback four days after the estimated delivery date - if it has been given they'll release the money.

The tracking information is automatically added to the item as I use the eBay packlink option.

The problem is that the item was delivered to a collection point and not to the buyers home address, so eBay are saying that the post codes don't match and are therefore withholding the funds until buyer can confirm receipt.

The buyer has looked on the PayPal desktop website, found the transaction, but there is no option to confirm receipt of the item. There is usually a button to click to confirm the delivery.

Positive Feedback has been left buy the buyer, buy still nothing! The estimated release date is 28th August!
