Compression zip socks

I bought a pair of compression zipped socks the problem is they are both left leg so not a proper pair I contacted the seller who was happy for them to be returned for a refund I have sent them back to the seller with the return lable they sent me,,, I have contacted the seller several times now aski g for my refund with NO reply please can you advise me what I should do next

Yep no problem.

You open a case for item not as described in the resolution centre,  and add that tracking number of the item sent back.

As you have sent the item back ,  it gives the seller now,  48 hours to refund you,  if they do not,  escalate the case and eBay step in and force the refund.

Do not close the case early on any excuse or promise the seller may give,  and do not forget to escalate.
