Hi

The seller can only send you their contact details after you have committed to purchase the item.

You are not allowed to do this before you commit to purchase an item, only after.

If you have, then chances are that Ebay have suspended your messages.     First offence.....you are usually stopped from sending messages for a full 7 days.

Ebay sent everyone a message, about the 22nd September, regarding the above and a change to their user agreement.

This is all part of Ebays attempt to stop "off Ebay sales"

If you have already won the item, use "contact seller" to ask for their phone number.

If you haven't won it yet eBay will not allow the seller to gve you their contact details until the listing has ended.
