Hope you can help. For the first time I have sold an item for collection. The buyer has paid but doesn't think they can collect for another fortnight and aren't sure of a time - suggested I leave the item out for them. I don't want to do this for obvious reasons and I'd like the item collected earlier. How long does a purchaser have to collect the paid item? I understand I need to scan a QR code or enter a 6 digit number they have been sent by eBay in order to prove they have collected the item.
