How can you mark items as collected if buyer doesn’t have collection code

you can bypass the need for a code by using the full site, not the app

use the drop down menu next to the item and mark it as paid and dispatched

Both buyer and seller need to have Smart Phones and be using the Ebay App. for the code system to work.

It may be ebay's way for pushing the app. as I am sure that a code system could be used that just involved a text and the code being passed to the seller verbally when collecting.
