Collection code

I've bought something and collected it without the collection code as it wouldn't download.  Unfortunately ebay is withholding payment to the buyer. How do I get eBay to allow payment or sort out my collection code

Seller has to use a Desktop Browser and go to Actions to the right of the Sold Item. The Mark it as Dispatched.
