Collection code unknown

The collection code box will not open therefore I cannot provide the seller with the digital code. The item was paid for and I've picked it up, but cannot complete the process without the code. Any ideas.

Ask the Seller to Mark as Paid and Dispatched from the Actions Drop Down menu to the right of the Item.

 

They will need to use a Desktop Browser.
