Collection code for seller not working

Has anybody else had this problem. I cannot get the qr collection code for my seller for the guitar i collected. It just doesnt do anything when i click on link. My ebay app is uptodate

Many dont seem to get the code

The seller can mark as Paid and Dispatched under ORders on the seller hub

You could sign a copy of the order for the seller

Personally I would want the seller to sign a copy for the buyer too.

For proof of collection you can:

• use the eBay app to scan the QR code the buyer received through email
• use the eBay app to manually enter the 6-digit code the buyer received through email
• have the buyer sign a copy of the eBay order form at the time of collection

To scan the QR code:

1. Go to the Arrange Pickup screen on the eBay app.
2. Tap the Scan to confirm collection button.

If the buyer doesn't have the QR code available, ask them for the 6-digit code they received through email and manually enter it in the app.
