Click and collect complaint

I have ordered two items through Ebay in which they have been delivered to Sainsbury click and collect. 

I have been into the store as these were delivered on 13th of this month. 

Staff at store have stated that they are unable to locate items and stated that Royal mail have not delivered items and they are not being truthful. 

Royal mail tracking shows delivery of items and I have spoken to post person who delivered them. He has confirmed that a parcel of my details was delivered on that day. 

I have raised a complaint through Ebay and been told it's been delivered and nothing they can do. 

So that's both companies involved in the purchase now refusing to assist and both state differing views. Ebay state it's been delivered whilst click and collect staff star it has not been delivered. So now I have wasted my money on this and have no come back at all.

If you read the term and conditions of click and collect you will see you have 7 days to collect from the ebay collect notification or it will be redelivered to the seller!

With regards to that, I attempted to collect the parcel on 3 occasions in
the 7 days.

You can collect what they state is not there. They claim that the parcel
was not delivered when I have evidence to the contrary.

That's why I stated how do you complain about the service when you have
purchased a product and have lost out.

I have paid money for a product that I can not have.
