Quite apart from the fact that sellers must deliver to an address you have registered with eBay, what makes you think that Argos or Sainsburys would just receive and hold parcels for you?
Click and collect is organised through eBay with stores being notified of items and collection codes. And no doubt being paid for it! Parcels received out of the blue would probably be returned to sender or destroyed.
