I have tried to purchase an item on eBay however it says that I need to check my balance to see if I have enough money or I need to check my card details. At first I thought maybe someone had done fraud on my account and taken my money however all my money is still in my account and I've checked and made sure that my card details are correct yet I'm still unable to make a payment. I've updated the app on my phone and even tried on the web browser using my laptop yet I'm still unable to make the payment for my item. Does anyone have any helpful suggestions?
