Trying to pay for an item, but just keep getting a message saying ‘one or more sellers can’t accept payment right now’ is the issue my end or third?

Is something his End not yours. Problem with his PayPal Account. You can suggest he that he checks that he has the same Email Address on the Listing as his PayPal Registered Email Address?
