New Ebayer!

i have a new account & have just won my first item. When I press the blue PAY NOW tab.

i get a CHeckout Error (5000002) message. Any ideas to rectify are welcome. TUIA.

Do you have a credit card linked to your Paypal account?

Some sellers  can have this as a block from payment,  similarly,  link your Paypal account to your eBay account,  this can stop payments too.

Go to Account tab >>  Paypal Account >>  Link Accounts.

You may have to use a laptop / PC to manage this.
