Chasing up a refund!

Hi, I received an email saying I'd received a refund for an item that didn't arrive. This was from eBay is seller didn't reply to my emails. However I haven't received the refund a d can't find a way to make contact with eBay to follow this up... anybody know what I can do?

Refunds go back to original payment source and are not always instant.

If you paid with Paypal funds,  it goes back to your Paypal account fairly swiftly.

Debit card payment ?  Takes up to 12 days to go back to your bank account.

Credit card payment?  Can take up to 30 days to appear back in the card account used.
