I thought you didn't pay if you didn't sell they have charged me £10 and my item not sold

You have to read the Terms and Conditions of all offers

The offer says Free Listing and does not say Free selling

Listings may be free but you pay final value fees of 10% on the end price of your listing + the postage

Ebay charge the fees to your account as soon as the item is sold and invoice once a month for payment

To check your fees go to the account tab on your MY ebay page then Summary then Fees

Yo have listed with a reserve which is an upgrade and costs 4% of the reserve price

It is very expensive and non returnable if the item does not sell

Best to start at the price you are willing to accept

You also added a buy it now to your auctions which costs 50p each time

That is also a waste of money as once you get a bid the buy it now price disappears
