Every single time I list an item as cash on collection (if it is large or too heavy to post), my buyers have problems buying the item.
The only payment options I have selected are PayPal (it won’t allow you to not have this as a payment option) and cash on collection. The require buyer to pay immediately box is not ticked.
Any idea what I’m doing wrong please, as it’s enormously frustrating on low value items for PayPal to take a cut when the buyer is perfectly happy to pay cash.
