Case about Item doesn't match description or photos,the Seller didn't collect parcel from Royal Mail

I have a question about Item doesn't match description or photos request. It mean I've opened a case to the Seller, he didn't responded to my return request then I did escalated case to Customer Support, they ask to send this item back to the Seller, I've sent the item back but the Seller didn't opened door to the postman, now that parcel is waiting for collection in Royal Mail office and I suppose they will not collect this. My question is what will be if they will not collect their parcel and probably after about 20 days my returned parcel will be resend back to me. Will I receive my money back? How to receive my money back if Seller will not collect returned item because it looks now they first didn"t want accept this return and they don't want collect my parcel now. Thank you

They don't have to accept it,  as long as tracking,  hoepfully,  you followed eBay's rules and sent it tracked,  shows delivery,  you enter that number into the case,  and escalate on day 9,  eBay will then step in and fully refund you.  On returns the tracking number is there just for that reason,  the seller can refuse the item,  but the number is all that is required by eBay.

If there is no tracking number,  the long 16 digit number half way down your proof of posting,  as long as it shows delivered,  on Royal mail's site,  will also suffice.

Without either number,  you will not win any case.

I have tracking number, its clearly shows I've posted item back over week ago. I've just contacted Ebay Support and they closed this case in my favour, don't need to wait for the Seller will collect their parcel and I've received my refund now. Thank you for your response to my question.
