Card issues.

For ten days now, I have used the ring back facility (on a daily basis I might add), to ask them to remove the block they have put on my account. It's because of this suspension, I can't re-list or add anything new. Infuriating as I am always being told someone will ring you back in the afternoon, and guess what, nothing happens. All I want to do is bring my account up to date and pay my outstanding fees and they just will not let me. Why. End of the day, costing it's both money. Any ideas anybody??
