Hi I accepted a Best offer on a jetski.... I contacted the buyer and asked him to contact me to arrange collection. The sale was cash on collection. So he could see it running and be sure he was happy with it. He said he would have a look at his work schedule and get back to me. Next day he's says he's very sorry his partner says they haven't got room to store it. Can I cancel the order. I thanked him for waisting my time and pressed cancel an order... Reason buyer requests cancellation. It now says I have initiated a refund and when it done they will relist the item. I only cancelled the order.... The buyer has payed no money and not attempted to collect the item
