How do i cancel a return already started please? I informed the Seller already!

Dont close it unless it is sorted out or you are happy to keep the item

Once closed you cannot open another dispute on ebay

Dont close on a promise of refund or replacement as they often do not appear

If you are sure then go back to the return on your My ebay page where the option to close it should be there
