I'm trying to set up to sell on a business account and the phone verification has failed but there is no further details, i now can't now get past this stage. I received the verification text ok and entered this but then nothing happend to the account to proceed. A then tried the phone me option, i received the call but then it came up with "phone verification failed"
I'm wondering if the issue is because i need a seperate phone for my private and business account?
The business account isn't new but selling on it is new.
