Can't pay my final value fees

Hello, I'm having a problem in that my final value fees aren't showing up in the account summary section on seller hub. Even if I go into it it still says 0.00.

I have tried different browsers chrome, firefox, edge, even internet explorer. So i'm pretty sure it's not a browser problem. Is the problem with Ebay? Is anyone else experiencing this?.

Are you sure you have any fees to pay?  You don't appear to have sold anything in October. You sold something on 10th september but your next sale was 2nd november.

I have sold many Items since October, I always make a one time payment at the end of the day. I noticed it was taking a long time to update last week. Now since 3 days ago my account summary is 0.00 even though I've sold 3 items since then.
