Can't Print Return Label

I'm not able to print a returns label, get the following message in red font...  "Sorry, we're not able to process the label at the moment. Please try again later." 

Any ideas please?

Well apart from the obvious to try later as this could be a temporary Ebay glitch  (there are usually a few)

OR   contact Ebay CS through the help and contact tab at the top of the page and advise them of your difficulties and see what they say.
