I received an offer alot lower than the asking price so I sent a counter offer and then received another offer from another buyer. Can i withdraw my counter offer or do I have to wait the 48hours before accepting the 2nd offer?
If you want to accept the second offer dom it.....that overrides your counter offer......as far as the first potential buyer is concerned "you snooze, you lose"
