I'm waiting for seller to get the documents in order. But eBay keep sending messages saying I need to pay? The seller is very helpful and good communication. How do I tell eBay it's under control??

Are the Messages in your Ebay Message Box?  Addressed to you by your Name?

Be very careful there are a lot of Fraudulent Car Listings. Ignore the Messages. Go and inspect the Car before you Pay anything. Check all the Paperwork.

I’m not worried about the vehicle. I just want to tell eBay to chill out
about the payment. The seller is applying for the log book? I told him I
won’t buy it until he has all the documents??

Ebay send automatic reminders about payment, ignore them.
